Shipping Info

Free Shipping on U.S. Orders over $40.00!!  If your package is being delivered to an address in the United States and your merchandise totals $40.00 or more, choose the Free Shipping option at checkout.

Curbside Pickup:  If you live nearby and would like to pick up your order in person, please choose the "Pickup" option at checkout.  You will not be charged shipping and we will contact you after your order has been cut and packaged to schedule a pickup time.  Please note that since Fresh Modern Fabric does not have regular store hours, pickup windows are limited, but we will work with you to schedule a time that works for everyone.

Order Processing Times:  We work very hard to get all orders shipped within 1-3 business days, however, during busy times, and because we are a small shop, this can stretch to 3-5 business days.  In rare events, such as the COVID-19 Pandemic, order processing times can be pushed out even further, however, we will do our best to notify customers of such exceptions by posting updates on the website.

Shipping Rates and Info:

We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS).  The shipping rates listed here are estimates, actual shipping charges may vary slightly.

Any applicable customs fees/duties/taxes are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check your country's regulations for estimates on what customs fees you may or may not incur.  If a package is returned to us, marked as either undeliverable or refused, the shipping fees will not be refunded and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the merchandise refund.
